Efficacy & Effect

By using immunochromatography technique, this product is used to detect the infection of Salmonella typhi and Salmonella paratyphi A and B, which are types of salmonella that cause Typhoid fever or Paratyphoid ever by acute systemic infection.
Typhoid fever and Paratyphoid fever can be diagnosed quickly without any equipment and easy to operate, and we are in the process of developing it so that the diagnosis results can be interpreted quickly.

Product Information

“ImmuneMed Salmonella IgM/IgG Rapid” makes use of an immunochromatographic technique that uses Salmonella typhi antibodies.
This product is for testing and distinguishing antibodies of Salmonella typhi from Salmonella paratyphi A and B.
When a person’s serum, plasma, or whole blood dilution is added to the device for examination, IgM or IgG antibodies against each Salmonella typhi and Salmonella Paratyphi A and B in blood sample are first bound to the anti-human IgM antibody or gold-bound anti-human IgG, and moves along the membrane.
They react with Salmonella typhi and Salmonella paratyphi A and B adsorbed at the test line.
At this time, when antibodies of Salmonella typhi and Salmonella paratyphi are present, an antigen-antibody (IgM) -gold-bound anti-human IgM antibody or an antigen-antibody (IgG) -gold anti-human IgG complex is formed at the test line and it turns to red color. This allows you to diagnose Salmonella typhi or Salmonella paratyphi.

Efficacy & Effect

This product is intended to determine bioaccumulation of nerve agents poisoning among war poison gas.
We are in the process of developing a kit that can easily measure the degree of poisoning by using biomarkers in vivo, as well as the identification of toxic substances such as sarin, soman, VX and organophosphorus pesticides.

“ImmuneMed Organophosphate Toxin Substance Rapid” uses immunochromatographic technology to detect the presence of Sarin, Soman, VX and Organophosphate pesticides.
When a human whole blood dilution is put in a test device, the combination of sarin, soman, VX, and organophosphate pesticides with biomarkers in blood is bound to gold- or latex-conjugated IgG antibody against the combination of Sarin, Soman, VX and Organophosphate pesticide with biomarkers (Pair A) and then move along the membrane.
While moving, these complex will bind in test line position with the antibody against the combination of Sarin, Soman, VX and Organophosphate pesticide with biomarkers (Pair B).
When some or all of the antigens of each organophosphate agent are present in blood, the red line will be seen in test line positions.

Efficacy & Effect

This product is a rapid diagnostic kit for Leptospirosis, one of the major diseases of acute febrile illness and is also under development because it can directly detect the pathogens, Leptospira interogans, at the early stage before the antibody, IgM and IgG, appears in blood. While existing leptospirosis diagnostic kits detect antibodies (IgM, IgG) after infection with leptospirosis
This product is under development because it has the advantage that it can be diagnosed at the initial infection stage before the antibody appears.appears in blood.

Product Information

“ImmuneMed Leptospira Ag Rapid” is a product for detecting Leptospira, interogans, which is a cause of Leptospirosis in human blood, using immunochromatography.
When plasma, serum or whole blood sample is placed in the test device, the sample moves along the membrane, the complex of Leptospira interrogans and gold particles are formed in gold position, and then these complexes are bound with anti-Leptospira IgG antibodies coated in test line position. As the concentration of Leptospira interrogans in the blood sample increases, a clear red line is observed at the test line position.

We are in the process of developing this diagnostic kit to detect the occurrence of Dengue hemorrhagic fever or Dengue shock syndrome which manifests much more serious symptoms than Dengue fever among the diseases caused by Dengue virus infection and to diagnose them with very easy and simple method by using immunuochromatography.

“ImmuneMed Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever Rapid” is a product for screening and distinguishing antibodies against four serotypes of Dengue virus in human blood.
Unlike Dengue fever which has mild symptoms due to infection with just one of 4 serotypes, Dengue hemorrhagic fever in which one serotype has been infected and then another serotype is infected again can result in severe symptoms such as death.
Because this product can detect all four serotypes of Dengue virus infection, the symptoms of patients can be determined whether it is Dengue fever or Dengue hemorrhagic fever.
When human serum, plasma or whole blood dilution is put into the device for examination, the test can determine the presence or absence of IgM or IgG antibodies against Dengue virus serotypes 1, 2, 3, and 4 in blood.
IgM or IgG antibodies against Dengue virus bind to gold-conjugated anti-human IgM antibody or anti-human IgG, moves along the membrane, and while moving, it reacts with antigens for four serotypes of Dengue virus which are coated at each of the four test lines and then red color occurs in each position.
